Our founder, Rochelle Donastorg, didn’t inherit a legacy, she built one. Caribbean-born and raised in St. Thomas, USVI, Rochelle broke barriers in a field where representation was never guaranteed, determined not just to survive it, but to lead it. With over 21 years of hands-on experience and billions in closed real estate transactions, she has created something that combines luxury with equity, excellence with empathy, and strategy with purpose.

At our core, our mission is about bridging the gap in real estate, the racial wealth gap, the service gap, the access gap, while delivering luxury-level service with integrity to every client, whether they are first-time homebuyers or high-end investors.

We proudly offer construction services through our sister company, Xtreme Builder LLC, allowing our clients to access design-build expertise, pre-listing renovations, and investor-focused flip support, all aligned with the same high standard of integrity and impact.
